Contractors: Contractors are responsible for providing accurate information about their services, qualifications, and pricing. Contractors are solely responsible for fulfilling their obligations to customers and complying with any applicable laws and regulations.
User Conduct a. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. b. You shall not engage in any conduct that may disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Service or infringe upon the rights of others.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Jamaica, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or any violation of these Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kingston, Jamaica. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kingston, Jamaica.
